Procedure for Obtaining Digital Signature Certificate
From Where Digital Signatures can be obtained:-
In order to provide Digital Signature Certificate for e-procurement platform of Delhi Govt., GNCTD has nominated Delhi State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC) has been nominated as Nodal Agency by GNCTD for providing Digital Signature Certificates to departments of GNCTD. DSIIDC is also a Licensed Registered Agent (LRA) of MTNL.
What type of Digital Signature Certificate to be obtained:-
Class 2 Individual Digital Signatures Certificate
For whom Digital Signature Certificate should be obtained :-
Digital Signatures for all officers / officials which will be involved in various stages of tender processing e.g. creation of bid document, bid opening committee and evaluation committee are required to be procured immediately
Cost / Fee of Digital Signature:-
DSIIDC is charging following Fee for providing Digital Signatures with e-token:

For seeking Digital Signature you have to submit the following attested copy of following documents.

Duly Filled in Download Application Form for
Digital Signature of Class 2 Individual. For Downloading the Application Form

Proof of residence - Telephone Bill / Electricity
Bill / Water Bill
3. I D Proof - PAN Card / Pass Port / Voter ID / Driving License / Employee ID Card
4. A Cheque (issued by DTL ) or Cash towards fee payable in favour of DSIIDC
