HR Department

The Objective of HR department is the efficient use of the Human Resources available, viz. the employees of the Company and ensure proper policy dispensation for them. Undoubtedly our employees are the driving force behind the success of DTL. The HRD Deptt. is continuously working on the development of HR Policies Rules and Regulation so that they come up to the changing need and expectation of our employees.

HR department is headed by General Manager(HR) assisted by Dy. GM (HR). The Sectional Heads, viz DM (HR)s are responsible for the overall discharge of functions.
